1. General Policy

All sales are final except where required by applicable UAE law.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

Products that are personalized, perishable, custom-made, part of a bundle, or on promotion are strictly non-refundable.
2. Time Limits

Any defect or damage must be reported to contact@pourtoigift.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 48 hours will be automatically rejected.
3. Condition of Returned Items

All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging with all tags, seals, and protective coverings intact.

Any item that shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing packaging will be rejected without compensation.
4. Refund Terms

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Pour Toi Gift after inspection of the returned goods.

Approved refunds will be issued as store credit by default. Refunds to the original payment method will be made only if legally required.

Shipping fees, gift wrapping, and any additional service charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Process & Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, customs, or courier fees.

Pour Toi Gift will not accept cash on delivery returns or returns without prior written approval.

Any unapproved returns will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
6. Legal Compliance
This policy operates in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UAE law.
